Background of :O

:O was formed by SteFFeN_B as a social group. They were a group mostly seen hanging around San Fierro. :O has grown into a group with a wide range of members. Founded at 2010, and being active till 2012, it was one of the most biggest social groups around.

Within that last year, the Circle of Trust has been created by Steffen_B for a limited amount of players of who he does know better. This happened after :O has grown too large and most members didn't even knew each other. At the start of v20, COT has replaced :O for the simple reason that the groups name need to have three characters.
